Our Private Label Process

We use a consultative process to work with your business to craft unique baby towel wraps, stuffed animals, and muslin designs that result in quality products designed to your specifications. To ensure your private label products result in a high quality design, the following are the steps we follow during our consultations.

1. Send us your design idea

To get started with your Private Label consultation, please send us your design idea. The more details you provide, the better we will be able to understand the design direction you desire.

Once we receive your design idea and details, we work with you to to create your specifications list, including materials, design details, and other elements that will comprise your final spec sheet.

With your detailed specifications now determined, our sales team crafts your production quote. Your price quote will take into account any volume discounts that may apply for the production run, the number of variants crafted, and level of detail for each SKU.

Now the fun begins! Our production team takes the product specification sheet and hand crafts the first sample of each design. We pack and ship your sample for your inspection and approval. This is an exciting time, as your product becomes reality.

Based on your feedback from the samples created, we revise the design until you are completely satisfied with the final result. When you approve the final design, the product is ready to head to our Production Team for scheduling. Normal lead time is 45-60 days after the design and costs have been determined, and the sample approved.

Your custom Private Label product is now ready for production. Materials are sourced, factory time is secured, and your product is produced in its final form. Our production team will keep you informed of progress and the anticipated shipping date — all according to your agreed upon price quote.
